2019-02-28 Duro Weekend per il Team MRS SHERCO Team British nel campionato Enduro

Sherco Importers, Malcolm Rathmell Sport, were delighted with the results from the first round of the British Enduro Championship which was held at Bovington in Dorset.

This first round, which was run by the Dorset Enduro MC, was an excellent event and it bought very good results for the Sherco crew with nineteen year old Dan Mundell switching to a 2.5 4T Factory for the BEC finishing a brilliant third overall in the main Championship class as well as winning his class in the E1/4. In the World Championship Dan will be switching to a 125 2T aiming to win the Youth World Championship for the Sherco Factory.

Dan Mundell - "I'm over the mood about my 3rd place result. It's a personal best for me and something I look to improve on and continue to achieve throughout the year. My 250F Sherco was amazing and I feel it's been a brilliant move for me. I can't wait to get back amongst it at the next round."

Jack Edmondson, riding his 3.0 4T Factory finished a very creditable fifth overall in the Championship class taking the E2 class win overall.

Jack Edmondson - "It was a tough day for me at the opening BEC, I had a stick wedged between the rear brake pedal and the clutch cover forcing my rear wheel to lock up in test one so I had to stop and get that sorted. I did manage to get going again but it was tough to find my rhythm and I'm keeping motivated for the rest of the season."
