V.P. Italy presents the new VERTEX Sprockets kits
Materials - VERTEX sprockets are made using the best materials available today for motorcycles application. Aviation-grade 7075-T6 aluminum alloy for lightweight competition sprockets, 16CrNi4 steel alloy for front sprockets and also the ultra durable high carbon C49 steel for rear sprockets.
Machining - The factory producing VERTEX sprockets is one of the largest and technologically advanced in Europe, it’s fully equipped with CNC machines assisted by latest generation of FEA computer software, all to better control metal cutting and resulting dimensions. Heat treated and hand finished to perfection, all VERTEX sprockets meet or exceed the highest quality standards set for the motorcycle industry.
Quality - Every sprocket goes through up to 20 production stages and 10 singular quality controls before ready to be packed and shipped to customers.

DUO line is a Bi-Metal sprocket (C45 steel induction hardened teeth & 7075T6 Alloy core)
developed with the intent to extend the sprocket and chain lifetime (more than double compared the usual alloy). Both parts are CNC machined for a perfect fitting and fixed with stainless rivets. Particularly suggested for Enduro, Rally Raid, sand track and mud conditions. |
